Paul Hargreaves
Head Chef Paul Hargreaves has worked with Gary for the past six years and moves from Michelin starred London restaurant 'Rhodes Twenty Four', to become the Head Chef of Rhodes D7.
"Paul is a fantastic young chef and has been with me for the majority of his professional career," Rhodes said. "Although based in London, I�ll be overseeing the restaurant and making several visits a year, but day to day I need to have someone who cooks like me, thinks like me and represents the food I've spent my life creating".
Paul has worked in some of England�s most well known restaurants and has gained a wide knowledge of food and an exciting culinary flair from extensive overseas work and travel.
